Weiqi Tian is currently a PhD candidate at the Amsterdam School of Communication Research (ASCoR), University of Amsterdam. Her PhD project is part of the Research Priority Area Youth Digitality and focuses on how adolescents use mixed-reality applications (e.g., AR filters and deepfakes) and how these technologies affect adolescents’ development.
