At the annual conference of the American Academy of Advertising, the article "The MADE framework: Best Practices for Creating Effective Experimental Stimuli Using Generative AI " has received the Journal of Advertising Best Article of the Year Award.

The article, authored by ASCoR researchers Zeph van Berlo and Hilde Voorveld, together with Colin Campbell; (University of San Diego), introduces the MADE (Mapping, Assembling, Demonstrating, Executing) framework, a comprehensive set of best practices for the ethical and effective use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in creating experimental stimuli for communication research.
