I am a part-time postdoctoral researcher at the New Science of Mental Disorders consortium (University of Amsterdam). I conduct research on improving personalized psychotherapy and co-creating data-informed tools for and with therapists and clients. I focus on modeling the dynamic interactions between psychological symptoms and the factors influencing them in each person. I aim to integrate personalized monitoring (experience sampling method) and derived personalized statistics into treatment for mental health problems, to personalize treatment and improve therapist-client communication, client self-awareness and motivation, and therapy outcomes. I am interested in integrating quantitative and qualitative research methods. I am supervised by Prof. Reinout Wiers and Dr. Lourens Waldorp.
